Look - emotions suck. Life can be difficult and frustrating. Relationships and work can overwhelm us. If you are feeling stuck in a life or routine that leaves you drained and unfulfilled, maybe it’s time for a change. Let’s work together to try to make sense of it and start feeling better through the nonsense.
Individual therapy is geared towards helping you navigate the turmoil that is within your mind and body. We will talk through your experiences and learn to better work through challenging emotions and become more conscious of the “why” behind certain patterns of behavior. Utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and different mediums like art or activities, we can learn to build new skills, better understand ourselves, and work towards your personal goals.

Gaming/GEEK Therapy
Do you love Disney like Lilo & Stitch and Toy Story? Maybe catching up on the latest anime like Bleach or Attack on Titan? Or are you more into Netflix shows and movies, keeping tabs on the latest car trends, or video games (Baldur’s Gate 3 anyone?) These are some of my personal passions and interests and together we can geek out or play some Fall Guys or Mario Kart together.
In collaboration, we focus on utilizing interests of yours including games (computer, console, etc.) and “nerd culture” (pop culture, comics, anime, etc.) to explore and better understand personal issues in a comfortable and meaningful space.
